MANUFACTURING ASSEMBLY DIAGRAM

A standardized factory-built modular unit will reduce unit cost, while still giving options to customize Micro Studios.

The Micro Studio is a series of 9 major components that are designed to maximize structural and systems efficiencies and economies. The components (walls, floor, roof/ceiling) are assembled flat and then connected together in the factory environment.

Factory installed exterior skins and roofs are included to further reduce on-site construction work. These factors contribute to faster site installations and reduced project costs.

UNIVERSAL DESIGN

The Micro Studio is a universal sleeping unit and emergency sleeping cabin designed to comply with building codes in the states of California, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii and all other US States. Compliance includes accessibility, energy, interior space, structural, MEP systems, fire, and other regulations for housing projects up to three stories.

Residential codes are applicable for one story single and duplex arrangements.

For accessibility, all Micro Studios are compliant with Type A/mobility residential units, Type B/adaptable units, and communication units.

The ImHomeToo Micro Studio is designed with the well-being of the residents in mind. Our living spaces are designed to help heal, reduce isolation, and help make residents feel a part of a community.

Natural light, soft lighting, color, and ventilation all contribute to a space becoming more than just a dwelling unit, it starts to become a home. We want residents to say: 'I'm home too!'
